Suite J Catering & Events started with a desire and passion in creating a unique style in catering.
In 2013, our company led by Executive Chef, Jaimee Skinner, collaborated the classic French cooking techniques with her style of Asian cuisine while incorporating the seasonal flavors of the Pacific Northwest, introducing the first Modern Asian Catering establishment throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and the surrounding metropolitan area.
In 2o19, Suite J expanded by showcasing their culinary diversity and contemporary presentation, style and techniques of world-wide cuisines. By highlighting the passion and experience of each chef, Suite J has created the most unforgettable events for their clients and strive to execute each request better than imagined.
