OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Jaimee is an entrepreneur and executive chef/owner of Suite J Catering and Events. Jaimee reached her degree in Culinary Arts at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Seattle. She has assisted in opening and managing a few restaurants in the Seattle area and has launched her company in 2013.
Since then, Jaimee has worked alongside many local artists and has been known to sponsor and cater many events ranging from Art, Fashion and VIP Corporate Events in Seattle, as well as partnering with local philanthropic organizations and established preferred partnerships with talented vendors in the wedding and events industry. She has been contacted by the Food Network Channel to compete on Cutthroat Kitchen & Hell's Kitchen and is known as the local celebrity chef to the McDonald's Northwest Corporation. Jaimee has a positive impact and reputable image in the University of Washington's Greek Community, offering local and fresh services to numerous fraternities and sororities.
In 2017, she launched Crave by Suite J, a gourmet food truck concept that features Filipino Fusion cuisine and will be introducing her series of cooking workshops and popup events in 2019.
